I guarantee you everyone pushing that boulder is a co-driver

I was expecting a sweet recovery but I guess that's pretty hard to do without trees and winches.

Yeah, options are pretty limited out there.

A little bruised but we finished. I ended up nerfing a class 10 car really hard so some of that bruising (on the car) was my fault. Car 1018, turns out is owned by the owner of LA Lakers Johnny Buss, it’s his brand new class 10 car built just for this race. Good thing he didn't remember me when later he got stuck in a silt bed right behind us then helped us dig out so that we could eventually pull him out. It wasn’t me it was the Honey Badger I swear. Just one more Baja story to add to the list of many.
- John Cantrell (2013 Baja 1k 1066)
When we came upon our buggy stuck in the silt, the Both Driver and Co-Driver were covered in sweat from trying to dig the car out.
We finished in 35:55:56. Cutoff was 36:00:00! It was a fun and incredibly challenging run this year!

It's not often you get to say you nerfed the owner of the LA Lakers!
